The Parks and Rec Yappy Hour Was Awesome and Crowded!

After Kidabaloo, I had somewhere else to be! It was time to head down to Liberty Park for Yappy Hour.

It was a beautiful, albeit a little windy day, and the crowd there looked like they were just having an absolute blast.

There was stuff happening all over the park and inside Convention Hall, too.

I have never seen so many cars at Liberty.  It was crazy!

There were lots of pet related vendors there, too.

The line for the stuff you could get at Convention Hall literally went all the way out past the fountain.

And then, it was time for my part. I had to go up on stage to announce the winners so Savannah could hand out the prizes.

There was a little friendly competition, but in the end everyone got along.

Anyway, congratulations to our winner, Dallas!

 3^rd Place: Trooper (Human: Kelly Fressenden)

 2^nd Place: Kobe the Doxen  (Human: Colin Funkhouser)

 1^st Place: Dallas (Human: Erica Lowe)

Thanks so much to everyone who entered, everyone who voted, everyone who came to the event, and Savannah and the Sedalia Parks and Recreation for pulling off a great event. It really looked like everybody had a blast, I saw nothing but smiles the entire time.
