Sedalia Parks & Recreation is putting together a downtown parade, a free lunch, half price swimming, and a spectacular 4th of July fireworks show at the Missouri State Fairgrounds.

Maybe don't bring any Natty, though.

Sedalia Parks & Rec invites families to groove to Taylor Swift's hits at the Taylor Swift Eras Dance on June 15 at Convention Hall. Register by June 10!

Sedalia Parks and Recreation is holding Bark in the Park for animal owners and their pets on September 9, 2023. There will be opportunities to help the Sedalia Animal Shelter and various area rescue groups.

If you're registered, you'll play, and you don't have to bring your console or controllers or anything else that could easily get lost.

Of course insects are an important part of our ecosystem, and one of most pleasant is, unfortunately, facing extinction. 

Sedalia Parks and Recreation has announced its annual Fourth of July celebration, and there's something fun for everyone.

Over the years, I've gifted my Dad so many things. Cards, clothes, hats, toys, lots of stuff. Most of the time, I kind of miss the mark when it comes to gift giving, if I'm being honest.

So you've got a week, parents. Get a move on and get the kids down there to make sure nothing gets out of wack.
