Husbando is a cook.  In fact, he did it professionally all around the country in his twenties. But being a former pro doesn't mean I always get four star meals around my house. More often than not, he doesn't feel like cooking. I feel like I'm getting the short end of the stick here!

Now don't get me wrong, when he does "try", as he puts it, it's always amazing.

Herb encrusted rack of lamb with balsamic reduction and mashed potatoes.

But.... more often than not, I get the "I don't feel like cooking" dinner.  So that means he gets frozen burritos in the oven, or a frozen pizza into the oven, or he grabs a box of pasta.   Now when it comes to my nights to cook, I am not as naturally talented as he is in the kitchen.  I'll plan out my meal the day before sometimes, I'll look up recipes on the internet, I'll try to go home cook all out.

Tonight?  He's asked me pick up a frozen pizza.  I guess I've gotta take my boring nights and hope for another "try" night sometime soon.

What's your go to "I don't feel like cooking" meal?

Frozenly yours,
Behka
