I wish I could blame this on being sleepy from my nap, but.. I do this all the time.

Surely I can't be the only one.  You're not hungry, not quite snacky, but you want a little something.  For me, that means I'm going to eat a couple bites of this and a couple of bites of that in front of the fridge.

Two bites of cottage cheese right out of the container.

Three Flaming Hot Cheetos.

Five Wasabi peas.

One bite of cold potatoes.

Half of one Club Cracker.

One bite of shredded chicken.

One pimento olive.

Thinking about making a piece of toast, then deciding against it.

Opening up cabinets and looking at food, but not actually taking any.

I don't know what this is called, but it can't really be snacking.  What would be a good term for that? I mean, you're not really eating anything, just kind of having a bite of something here and there.

Am I the only one that does this sort of thing?  Do you do something similar? What do you call it?  Is this like, something bad, or harmless?

Bitingly yours,

Behka
