Missouri Man Killed, Child Injured, in UTV Accident
A UTV accident on October 3 killed a man from Montreal, Missouri, and sent a small child to the hospital with serious injuries.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a 2012 Yardsport YS400 struck a stump after traveling off Longar Rd., west of Route BB in Camden County. The vehicle overturned and ejected four people.
The driver, 61-year-old Terry D. Scott, was pronounced dead at the scene. A 4-year-old occupant, Deacon D. Scott, was taken by Mercy Life Line Air Ambulance to University Hospital with serious injuries.
