Is This The Ugliest Building In Missouri?

I was nosing around a website called Business Insider the other day, and saw that they'd asked their readers a question about aesthetics. They asked their readers what they thought was the ugliest building in their state. Some of them made sense - gross hotels, boring office buildings, stuff like that.  So naturally I was curious - what did Missouri readers vote for?

It's the Compton Hill Reservoir in St Louis. I guess I can see what they're thinking. I don't know, though - when I think ugly building, I think UGLY building. I bet I could think of at least five other uglier buildings in Missouri.
