A Free, Special Valentine’s Package…. For Your Ex

Now I want to make it clear, I am not a petty or revengeful person.Having said that, there's a difference between revenge....and justice. So when I saw this on Facebook, I gave a little grin.

I know that you guys know that several of our local law enforcement agencies here in West Central Missouri can sometimes be a little funny or even snarky when it comes to their presence online. It's a pretty fanciful way to say your ex will be cuffed, driven to a police station and have their mugshot taken before spending the night in the pokey.   This one, well.  This just seems perfect. It's from the Rockmart Police Department in Georgia.  They're offering some closure this Valentine's Day: A chance to lock up your ex.

If you know someone who needs to face up to some warrants, this might be a good idea.  So really, you'd be doing the special someone a favor. And of course, you'd be doing the local law enforcement a favor, by letting them know just where that.... suspected so and so might be.

And who doesn't like nice silver or platinum jewelry? I'm sure you probably didn't picture handcuffs when you thought of something shiny to give for Valentine's Day.  But... hey, some people might deserve something a little special this holiday.  Who doesn't like a nice bracelet, a free ride, amazing accommodation AND free meals? Sounds like a win win to me.
