Would You Call Either of These “Old People’s Candy”?
We had someone bring in a couple bags of candy and put it in a bowl up front at the station, and someone had the nerve to call it "Old People's Candy."
I'm not sure what to think on this one. I grew up eating this candy. I like it. I don't eat much of it but it's nice to have piece of it now and again.
I've heard several "younger" employees refer to these two particular brands of candy-Chick-O-Stick and Bit-O-Honey- as old people's candy. Hmmmm.
If these candies are for the "older generation", what would you consider to be the go-to candy for the "younger generation"?
