Exciting news! Ollie the otter, the adorable mascot of Missouri River Runner, will be at the Missouri State Fair on August 14 and 15.

Amtrak has canceled a lot of trains that operate out of Chicago on Monday, January 8, 2024, and Tuesday, January 9, 2024. Missouri River Runner and Lincoln Service trains that serve St. Louis, Kansas City, Sedalia, Warrensburg and Lee's Summit are impacted.

The Missouri Department of Transportation wins two grants to study rail service expansion in Missouri. New service and expanded service is being studied.

Some of Amtrak's Midwest trains have picked up awards for their train service, yet service in and around Missouri was shut out of awards.
