Sedalia Police responded to the area of the 600 block of North Stewart Avenue in regards to a disturbance with a weapon.

Knox was placed into handcuffs, and then tried to run out into the middle of East 50 Highway. Knox was grabbed and taken to the ground, but continued to fight.

Deputies spoke with the reporting party and the suspect, who both stated they were arguing over cameras and a prenuptial agreement

Nolan Ryan Smith, 44, of Sedalia, was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Assault in the 3rd Degree*, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Armed Criminal Action, Burglary in the 1st Degree, and Property Damage in the 2nd Degree.

Sedalia Police responded to the 1100 block of 35th Street Terrace for a physical disturbance.
