Sedalia Police responded to the 2900 block of James Road for a report of domestic disturbance.

Alexander O. Cantrell-King is charged with one count of the Class A Felony of Murder in the 1st Degree, one count of the Class A Felony of Domestic Assault in the 1st Degree.

The victim said she was assaulted by her boyfriend, who was later found in the 1600 block of Heck Avenue.

Deputies arrived and found a disturbance had occurred in the 29000 block of Salem Road.

Charles Morris was transported to the local hospital where he was evaluated and determined to be fit for confinement and he was transported to the Pettis County Jail.

Tevin C. Egner, 27, of Sedalia, was transported to the Pettis County Jail and booked on his warrants.

The suspect was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.

The victim said she had been in a physical altercation with her mother.

The caller stated his father was beating his mother. The female had injuries to her face and her shirt was torn.

27-year-old Erick C. Eakin, was located nearby and placed under arrest.
