Domestic Disturbance Leads to Arrest of Sedalia Man
On Saturday at 8:28 p.m., Sedalia Police responded to the 2900 block of James Road for a report of domestic disturbance.
A victim was located who had reported multiple, non-life threatening injuries. The suspect, 40-year-old David P. Miller, was located and arrested for 2nd degree Domestic Assault.
A computer check through Joint Communications revealed that Miller was also wanted on three active warrants out of Pettis and Cooper counties. Total bond on the warrants was $15,000 cash or surety, and $549 cash only.

Miller was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold, pending the assault charge.
