Warrensburg Police foil burglary attempt at local motorcycle dealership, recover $40,000 in stolen ATVs and U-Haul trailer with five suspects apprehended.

37-year-old David A. Macias now faces charges of 2nd Degree Burglary and Attempted Stealing from a Building.

On Thursday, Clinton Police officers and investigators served a search warrant at a residence in the 300 Block of North Water Street

When Officers made contact with him for those incidents, he was not wearing a shirt, and was covered in his own blood.

On Tuesday around 7:30 p.m., Sedalia Police responded to 2201 W. 5th Street for a domestic assault.

The homeowner ordered the suspect to leave the home. The suspect advanced towards the homeowner, and the homeowner shot the suspect one time.

Lori Lynn Hadley, 49, of Sedalia, was arrested for 1st degree Burglary and Stealing.

27-year-old Erick C. Eakin, was located nearby and placed under arrest.

Gregory Patrick Watson II, 32, of Independence, was arrested for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Driving While Suspended.

The suspect was told to leave the property prior to the theft occurring, according to the report.
