On Friday morning, Sedalia Police responded to the Probation and Parole Office, 205 Thompson Road, for a report of trespassing.

Upon arrival, contact was made with the intoxicated suspect.

According to the probable cause statement, Officers had dealt with the suspect earlier that morning. Those calls involved the suspect pretending to try and carjack someone with an imaginary gun, striking a car as it passed by, and throwing cones and signs in the area.

When Officers made contact with him for those incidents, he was not wearing a shirt, and was covered in his own blood. Officers spoke with Probation and Parole staff, who stated the suspect had become agitated by being asked to submit to urinalysis. The suspect had been throwing items around the office. He also had a drinking cup that he ended up putting through the hole in the window to the clerical room.
