SH Soccer Grems Win Homecoming With 7-0 Shutout

The Sacred Heart Gremlins soccer team shut-out Stover 7-0 for a homecoming victory Friday.

Freshman Diego DeLeon scored first followed by goals from senior Bruno Saucedo (3) - one on a header from an assist from freshman Josh Pacheco, sophomore George Bain IV, and sophomore Jackson Manning. The score was 6-0 at half time.

Sophomore Andres Vanegas scored with about 10 minutes left in the game to give the Gremlins a 7-0 victory.

Players recording assists include: seniors Ian Viscara and Bruno Saucedo, freshmen Diego DeLeon and Josh Pacheco and sophomore Traven Wheeler.

The Gremlins play at KC Lutheran Tuesday, Sept. 28.
