Sacred Heart baseball beat Stover 16-1 in four innings yesterday.

George Bain IV was the winning pitcher. He threw all four innings allowing only one run on three hits with eight strikeouts.

In the second inning, Donavan Dobson would hit another homerun for Sacred Heart, this time a three-run shot.

Alex Karigan also added a multi-hit effort in the win.

Dobson and Connor and Carter Rice all had multiple RBIs for Sacred Heart which improved to 9-4 (8-3 in conference).

Stover is now 3-15.

Sacred Heart (9-4) plays at Smithton (4-11) Thursday starting at 5 p.m.
