New Holiday Cups Are Here From Starbucks; Which Are You Choosing?
For some, a Starbucks holiday cup is very much part of the holiday season. It doesn't matter that we haven't hit Halloween yet, the coffee giant has already revealed the different kinds of holiday cups they'll be offering this year. Amazingly there seems to be a type of cup for almost every type of person out there.
First on the list is Starbucks Iridescent Winter White Cold Cups and Ornament. They're also available in red as the Poinsettia Red Prism Cold Cups and Ornament. Prices range from $24.95 to $12.95 for the ornament.
Next up is their 14-ounce Geometric Rainbow Glass, and 12-ounce Peppermint Pink Prism Mug. The Rainbow glass cost $16.95, and the Pink Prism Mug $18.95. Maybe it's because I enjoy their Peppermint Mocha, but I prefer the Pink Prism Mug. Both items are designed to hold hot beverages.
Next up is a set of Color Changing Hot Cups that the whole family will enjoy drinking hot beverages out of. Pour something hot in the cups and they change colors. The cost for a set of six is $19.95.
For those who like tumblers, Starbucks is offering a variety of tumblers. The first two are the Icicle Blue Tumbler and the Winter Night Tumbler. Both are priced at $19.95.
Starbucks is big into the tumblers. Their Ribbon Tumblers are available in three different colors Lime Green, Bubblegum Pink, and Iceicle Blue. Cost is $16.95.
My favorite item on the list is their Deep Red Pleated Tumbler. I can see myself drinking my brewed at-home coffee in this tumbler every morning. It's 16 ounces and one of the more expensive holiday items they offer at a cost of $27.95.
I could also see myself filling up their 20-ounce Gradient Blue Water Bottle with water from the cooler in our break room. The cost of this water bottle is $27.95.
That said, when it comes to Starbucks, do you know what works for me? It's not some branded, color-changing, coffee cup. Or some expensive hip tumbler. How 'bout a Starbucks gift card? I mean really, I don't need some swanky water bottle or some thermal tumbler.
Mostly I make coffee from my Keurig at home or pick up a cup of coffee at the gas station. I just don't spend money on a swanky cup of coffee all that often. So yes, a good ol' Starbucks gift card would be perfect for those times I want a Peppermint Mocha or a Cafe Mocha.
That works perfectly for me, perhaps it'll work perfectly for you too.
