Disturbance With Weapon Call Leads to Arrest of Sedalia Woman
Late Wednesday night, Sedalia Police responded to the area of the 600 block of North Stewart Avenue in regards to a disturbance with a weapon.
Officers made contact with all parties involved. The suspect was arguing with a victim, when the suspect grabbed a firearm and shot it toward the victim. The victim was uninjured.
Samantha R. Gravitt, 32, of Sedalia, was arrested on charges of Property Damage in the 1st Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the 1st Degree, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Armed Criminal Action, and felony Domestic Assault in the 1st Degree.

Gravitt was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked.
Her bond was set at $50,000 cash or surety. She bonded out Sept. 24.
