You know every day I'm looking all over the internetz to try to find interesting stuff to talk to you guys about.

Sometimes it's a song, sometimes it's a website, sometimes it's a product, but today, it's a webseries.  Well, what looks like a former webseries.

When I was a kid, I was a huge reader. I had to earn those Personal Pan Pizzas, after all.  And growing up, I thought I would become an English teacher.  Turns out I don't like paperwork, and I don't like snotty kids, so.... yeah.  That didn't turn out the way I thought it would.  But I still enjoy reading! And when I stumbled upon this, it was a fresh perspective on something we all did as teenagers - reading the Cliff Notes.

Here's one of my favorite in the series, taking on the tearjerker classic, "Where The Red Fern Grows".  I KNOW none of you guys had a dry eye in that one.  Don't even lie.  But this interpretation will get you through it with laughs and no tears, promise.

That's a dude named Greg, playing a character called Sparky Sweets PHD.  The character is based on some people he knew growing up.  So he breaks down the plot of your favorite classics (and a few new books too) and goes over the symbolism and analysis, but... with a modern vocabulary.  It's Hilarious.  The animations really bring it home for me, so funny.

And don't worry, it's mostly PG -13 or so.  Mostly the stuff that's the harshest is from the content of the books themselves, not from the character. There are swears, but they're beeped. And really, it's good, thoughtful analysis of the literature.  It's just presented a different way! It's so funny to kind of...re-live these books you read when you were younger, and see them come to life again via a different point of view.

Anyway, I don't think it's still current (I'm working my way through the series) but I enjoy it regardless.  Is there something you found on the internet that was completely random, but you enjoyed it anyway?  What was it?

Thuggingly yours,
Behka
