Weigh In: Worth Donating Or Toss It?
I know it's about that time for a lot of us, Gentle Reader. It's springish time and that probably means you're starting to nose through the closets, the attic, the basement, all that, and think about what you want to be cleaning out.
After all, isn't it the rule - if you haven't used it in six months, you probably won't miss it, right? Well, that definitely applies to clothes, items, all that stuff. But what about kitchen stuff? Sometimes you need to clear out the pantry, too.
Hold on, hold on. I'm not suggesting that I'm gonna donate a half a block of uneaten cheese or something like that. Let me explain. I have this.
I'm not a coffee drinker. NJ is. I bought these pods because I thought he would like them. Gentle Reader. He did not. As politely as he could, he told me that those pods were, in fact, made for the slithering sycophant of the devil. The box was two bucks. And on clearance. So even if I could have returned it, it wouldn't have been worth the gas to do it, to me.
So what do I do with these things? I mean, I know it would be fine to reach out to my friends and ask if anybody wanted to try em, but... that still seems like a lot of trouble. I'd have to do it, they'd have to see it, comment or text me, and then one or both of us would have to meet to do this.

What I was thinking is, that I'd drop the baggie by one of the little pantries. I know not everyone has a Keurig, particularly those of us who don't wanna blow that money on a specific machine, but... what if someone got one for Christmas or something? What if they're coming by the little pantry and happen to see those, and can use them?
I mean, sure, NJ didn't like them, but he just didn't like the flavor. It wasn't because of the quality of the pods. I like Amaretto, I just don't drink coffee. Is that weird to leave them? He only had one pod out of the box, and the box was already damaged, so I just put them in a bag. The other pods aren't disturbed. Do those things go bad? I don't wanna use the little pantries as a dumping ground or a garbage can, I really think someone could use 'em.
What do you think? Toss em in the trash, or donate em?
Conflictingly yours,
Behka
