The World’s Largest Toy Museum Is In Branson. Want To Relive Your Childhood?
Do any of you still have a toy or an item that is SO old that kids today would have zero idea what they are? I have an Atari 2600 that is still functional, so that fits the bill. Being a child of the 70's and 80's, I remember so many amazing toys that we would play with that it gave me all the nostalgia I could handle. Perhaps I need to visit The World's Largest Toy Museum in Branson, Missouri. Let see why we should take a trip to relive our childhood.
If you have ever gone to a thrift shop or a flea market, every once in a while you will find something vintage that brings you back to your youth. This place IS that place. It will go back many decades and you will find some amazing items. The place is HUGE. 26,000 square feet of toys for you to see. Actually over 1 million toys.
Remember the California Raisin's? They got a bunch of those items.
Some vintage board games in their original packages
Like Snoopy from the Peanuts gang? They got you covered there.
Anyone ever taken a bicycle ride on one of these? An Orange Krate!
Want to get your Star Wars fix? Yep, they have them too, for sure.
I used to work in a store that sold these Garfield phones, and so many others. If you still have a landline phone in your office, I bet this phone will still work.
Some of the other vintage toys you will find include plenty of Hot Wheels cars, Cabbage Patch kids, Barbie's, Happy Meal McDonalds toys, Care Bears etc. If you remember a toy, I would bet the farm that you will find it at the museum. You can click HERE for their website. You can take as many pictures there as you want. Yes, there will be a charge to get inside, and the times that the museum is open will vary. Check out their Facebook page HERE.
