Fall

I normally accept whatever the weather is without complaining too much, but in this case I really hope Farmer's Almanac prediction for what Fall will be like in Missouri is wrong. Otherwise, we'll all need to stock up on water for multiple reasons.

The more things stay the same, the more they change...or something like that. This principle applies to the weather in both Missouri and Illinois and is proven again as weather forecasters have once again changed their forecast for the region now saying it will be way different than normal for the end of 2023.

Surprised by the heat that Missouri and Illinois have had to begin Fall? Don't get used to it as a sudden change in weather patterns means a cooldown is coming soon.

I argued with myself over this issue, but I'm fairly certain that I have reached my conclusion about what the best season in Missouri is. It's Fall and I'm also pretty sure that you will never be able to change my mind and I'll explain why.

Accuweather predicts an early frost for Missouri for 2023. In fact we may even see our first frost in September and snow flurries in October.

Bear with me. 'Cos it was PDG, you guys. That stands for Pretty Darn Good, if you didn't know.

Pumpkins, hayrides, animals, food, bounce pad, playgrounds....and a PUMPKIN CANNON. I'm dying to know what that is.

It's getting to be that time of year again, even though it really doesn't seem like that in West Central Missouri.
