Today Feels Like Spring…How Much Longer Til It Gets Here?

Even though today will feel like a Spring day, we still have some time until the second season of the year arrives.

We just finished with the Superbowl and Groundhog's Day. We still have Valentine's Day on the 14 and President's Day takes place on February 17.
As we roll into March, St. Patrick's Day(17th) happens two days before the first day of Spring.

As of this post there's only 45 days til Spring Thursday March 19), pitchers and catchers for the Kansas City Royals and the St. Louis Cardinals report to Spring Training in nine days (Wednesday, February 12), and Youth Spring Turkey Hunting Season is April 6 &7 with the Regular Turkey Hunting Season April 15-May 55.

We''ll most likely see a few days that will let us know that Spring is getting even closer but for now get ready for those days of heavy coats and gloves one day and short-sleeved shirts the next! It will be here before you know it...enjoy Winter while it is here and then you'll appreciate Spring even more!!!
