Sedalia Municipal Court Suspended Through May 1

Sedalia Municipal Court has been suspended through May 1, 2020, by order of Honorable Paul Beard and pursuant to the mandate of the Supreme Court of the State of Missouri.

This affects the following court dates for City of Sedalia court dates:

• Wednesday, April 8, 2020 cases have been moved to May 6, 2020, at 8:30AM CDT.
• Wednesday, April 15, 2020 cases have been moved to May 13, 2020, at 8:30AM CDT.
• Wednesday, April 22, 2020 cases have been moved to May 20, 2020 at 8:30AM CDT.
• Wednesday, April 29, 2020 cases have been moved to May 27, 2020 at 8:30AM CDT.

More information will be provided regarding the rescheduling of the Monday, April 27, 2020 trials. If you have an attorney: Contact their office for your new court date. If you do NOT have an attorney: Check www.courts.mo.gov (Case.net) for your new court date. All court dates will be updated by April 10, 2020.

Payments may still be made by calling the Court Office or online at www.courts.mo.gov. DO NOT email your credit/debit card number. Payments may be placed in the Water Department drop box. Please make sure your name, phone number and the word “COURT” is on the outside of your envelope.
