We made a young lady happy when we called and left a message informing her that she had won a pair of tickets for the sold-out Garth Brooks concert on GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday, August 7.

Piper Spencer told us that she had decided she wanted to win the tickets so she could take her mom to the show on her birthday which is the same day of the concert. Little did she know when we sent out the push message at noon on Thursday, June 24, she was on her way to winning!

Piper and her family live in Schell City, Missouri, which is 95 miles from the KIX 105.7 studio on South 65 Highway in Sedalia. Her mom said they listen to KIX 105.7 because the station plays the kind of country that they’re looking for!

Piper and her mom, Courtney, drove the 1 1/2 hour journey to our studio late Friday morning to pickup the tickets.

The next chance for you to win a pair of the sold-out Garth Brooks tickets will happen in July. As we've been telling you, the secret to winning is the Kix 105.7 App. If you don't have the app download it right here now and make sure you turn all those notifications on (you can always turn them off later if you don't like them).

Join KIX 105.7 as we welcome the number one selling solo artist in U.S. history (157 million records sold) to his first show at Arrowhead Stadium, Garth Brooks! Keep listening for more details about the next ticket giveaway on your #1 For New Country Station, KIX 105.7!
