MSHP Arrest Reports for November 18, 2023

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 25-year-old Christopher M. Hawthorne of Windsor at 2:34 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18 in Henry County. He was suspected of driving while intoxicated and had no proof of insurance. Hawthorne was taken to the Henry County Jail, where he was booked and released.

 
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23-year-old Kaenan S. Casey of Anchorage, Alaska at 1:46 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18 in Pettis County. He was suspected of driving while intoxicated, and had no valid driver's license. Casey was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 35-year-old Jesse R. Nevils of Knob Noster at 1:15 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18 in Johnson County. He was suspected of driving while intoxicated, and operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement. Nevils was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45-year-old Richard L. Meads of Odessa at 10:10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17 in Lafayette County. Meads was suspected of driving while intoxicated, speeding and a lane violation. Meads was taken to the Odessa Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23-year-old Abigail G. Frost of Warsaw at 9:41 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17 in Benton County. He was suspected of driving while intoxicated. Frost was taken to the Benton County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 36-year-old Jonathan A. Terry of Sedalia at 9:20 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17 in Pettis County. He was wanted on a misdemeanor Johnson County warrant. Terry was taken to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office, where bond was set.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 36-year-old Tyler M. Jennings of Holden at 9:50 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16. He was suspected of driving while intoxicated and had no valid driver's license. Jennings was cited and released.
