MSHP Arrest Reports for October 14, 2024
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 19-year-old Kyle D. Eckhoff of Lincoln at 3:49 p.m. Saturday in Benton County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated causing serious physical injury, and failure to dive on the right half of the roadway. Eckhoff was taken to the Benton County Jail, where he was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 34-year-old Travis A. Hopkins of Warrensburg at 9:21 a.m. Sunday in Lafayette County. He was wanted on a felony Ray County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fraud. Hopkins was taken to the Lafayette County Jail.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 26-year-old Cristian E. Melgar of Sedalia at 5:34 a.m. Friday in Jackson County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain his lane. Melgard was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 39-year-old Luis A. Guera of Stover at 1:52 a.m. Saturday in Morgan County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, no valid driver’s license, and failure to maintain the right half of the roadway causing a crash. Guera was released on summons.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 39-year-old Schasse F. Jirjis of Sedalia at 11:41 p.m. Friday in Morgan County. Jirjis was taken to the Morgan County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
