MSHP Arrest Reports for July 29, 2024
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 41-year-old Kyle R. Davis of Knob Noster at 4:28 p.m. Sunday in Johnson County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated prior offender, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no insurance. Davis was released for medical treatment.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 25-year-old Ryan C. Cruse of Windsor at 1:41 p.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He now faces charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and driving while suspended. Cruse was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 53-year-old Humberto Nunez Gutierrez of Sedalia at 12:05 a.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident. Gutierrez was taken to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office where he was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 33-year-old Zachariah T. Menne of Leeton at 1:30 a.m. Saturday in Johnson County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop. Menne was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 73-year-old Galen L. Strickland of Edwards at 11:33 p.m. Friday in Benton County. He now faces a charge of driving while intoxicated. Strickland was taken to the Benton County Sheriff's Office for a 12-hour hold.
