MSHP Arrest Reports for August 3, 2024

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 51-year-old Dennis Kumm of Sedalia at 11:46 p.m. Friday in Pettis County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated prior offender, failure to maintain his lane and no seat belt. Kumm was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45-year-old Crystal L. Street of Edwards at 5:07 p.m. Thursday in Benton County. He now faces a charge of felony driving while revoked. Street was taken to the Benton County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 46-year-old Michael R. Singer of Concordia at 9:32 p.m. Wednesday in Lafayette County.He now faces charges of felony driving while intoxicated persistent offender, and failure to stop at a stop sign. Singer was taken to the Higginsville Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 37-year-old Andra M. Pardoe of California at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday in Cole County. She was wanted on a Cole County misdemeanor warrant for failure to show proof of insurance. Pardoe was taken to the Cole County Jail.
