MSHP Arrest Reports for February 12, 2024
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 49-year-old Carlos M. Arriaga Rivas of Sedalia at 5:39 p.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He now faces a charge of driving while intoxicated. Rivas was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 50-year-old Galen B. Bennett of Sedalia at 2:12 a.m. Sunday in Johnson County. He now faces a charge of driving while intoxicated by drugs. Bennett cited and released from the scene.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 21-year-old Carter I. Knoernschild of Green Ridge at 1:15 a.m. Saturday in Pettis County. He now faces a charge of driving while intoxicated. Knoernschild was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 27-year-old William W. Lawson of Clinton at 12:13 a.m. Saturday in Henry County. He now faces charges of speeding, driving while intoxicated and a lane violation. Lawson was taken to the Henry County Sheriff's Department, where he was booked and released.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 46-year-old Rebecca A. Farrar of Versailles at 1:46 p.m. Sunday in Miller County. She now faces a charge of driving while intoxicated by drugs. Farrar was released to a sober driver.
