Maybe by putting this out there, it'll actually make it a success. I know what they say about your clothes - that you should put the hanger on backwards when you put it back in the closet... and then in a year if it's still on backwards, you get rid of it.  But for some reason, I have never done this.  And I know I would probably get rid of a lot of my clothes if I did that.

I'm a creature of habit, I tend to wear the same stuff over and over.  Polo shirt, pants or jeans.  We're an office casual environment, you see.  So sneakers are fine, jeans are fine, but don't you know, look like  a slob. So I have my little arsenal of polos, mostly with station logos on them, and I don't put much thought into the rest of my closet.

But I've got old pants in there I don't wear, dresses I only wear occasionally (because I can't really do heels) and so many sweaters.  So many.  So, I guess the time has come.  It's time to even see if some of this stuff even fits me anymore (I've lost a little weight).

Well, there it is. The pile of stuff to get rid of.  I can't face going through my dresser, too.  Too traumatic.  I have so much sleepwear, you guys.  So many pairs of pajama pants. I love my pajama pants so much. It's not possible to part with them, at least not now.

Do you have too much stuff in your closet? Do you have clothes you don't wear anymore? Do you have clothes you're just keeping for sentimental reasons?

Closetly yours,

Behka
