You guys.  I think I might have a problem.

But the thing is, I don't think I'm the only one.  And I don't even know if this is a problem that should even be solved.  It's almost like solving the problem creates a bigger problem.  What is it, you might ask?  I might have too much lip balm.

Now keep in mind, this is just my work stash.  I have to have some in the studios and in my office at my desk.  I have more in my bag, in my car, in my desk at home, in the table drawer next to my laptop, and probably a few in the bathroom as well.

And it's not like I'm brand loyal.  Blistex, Chapstick, Burt's Bees, generic candy flavors, sticks I got for free at events or at the fair, whatever.  There should always be a tube of lip balm somewhere near me at any given time.  Husbando, of course, says I have too many.  "What do you need that many tubes for? You should only need one at a time!"

Clearly, he doesn't get it. I could have a dry/chapped lip emergency at any given time. I have to be prepared in case of the great Lip Balm Apocalypse.  What if there comes a day when all I can get is a tube of State Farm lip balm that works, but tastes terrible?! I don't want to see that day come.  And so, I will be prepared with my fruity/candy/bubble gum/non flavored lip balms all over my house and workplace.

Do you keep lip balms like I do, or am I just the freakjob here? What's something you have to have more than one of at all times?

Chappedly yours,
Behka
