We're officially closing in on September 22, the end of summer. With the crazy weather we've had this year, will we have an abundance of the white stuff this Winter?

We've settled into daytime temperatures in the 70's the past few days but Summer isn't over yet. In fact, before Autumn arrives, the forecast is calling for warm temperatures through the weekend into the first part of next week. The highs will be about 5-10 degrees above normal for this time of year.

So what does the The Old Farmer's Almanac have to say about all this weather stuff? At this time, the 2017-18 weather predictions include a wet and snowy Winter all around.

Above normals levels of precipitation is expected which will translate to equally above-normal amounts of snowfall.

So get your snow shovels ready!
