Complete the Sentence: Ignoring Texts

I text.  A LOT.  If I were to look at my phone bill text by text, it would read like "War and Peace."  I try to respond to every text, email and social media message.  It just isn't always possible.  My mother gets ignored a lot.  She sends in the neighborhood of 15 memes to me each day, most of which I've either seen before or don't have anything to do with my personality. I don't say anything to her.  I figure much like the dog in "Christmas Vacation," it's best just to let her do her thing.

It occurs to me that other people must have similar issues.  You get texts that don't interest you or someone says the wrong thing and you just don't want to respond.  So, complete the sentence:
