Warrensburg vs. Center Football Game for Friday Canceled
Warrensburg High School's Athletic Department announced via Facebook Tuesday afternoon that their varsity football game against the Center Yellowjackets scheduled for Friday night, September 24 at Center has been canceled. Also canceled is the JV game scheduled for Monday, September 27
The athletic department says they are currently searching for a replacement team to play. The school says they'll have a decision on whether or not the game will be replaced by Wednesday evening.
The KC Center Yellowjacket Football Twitter account doesn't shed much more light on why Center canceled the game Tuesday afternoon, other than to note that practice for Tuesday afternoon was also canceled.
