Two Injured in Montgomery County Rollover

Two people were injured in a rollover wreck that occurred Saturday night in Montgomery County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a westbound 2013 Ford C-Max SE Hybrid, driven by 61-year-old James Stemmons of Columbia, was on I-70 at the 174 mile market at 9:20 p.m., when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road, struck a ditch and overturned several times.

Stemmons suffered moderate injuries, while his passenger, 41-year-old Patrica N. Moore of Warrensburg, suffered minor injuries. Both were transported by ambulance to University Hospital for treatment.

The Ford was totaled.

Montgomery County Deputies assisted the Patrol.
