Two Tipton men were arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Monday night in Pettis County.

21-year-old Matthew R. Garbarz of Tipton was arrested at 8:48 p.m., and charged with felony resisting and interfering with an arrest by fleeing, and driving while intoxicated. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

20-year-old Brandon R. Morrison of Tipton was arrested at 8:48 p.m. for being a minor in possession of alcohol by being visibly intoxicated. He was processed and released.
