
Three Women Arrested After Disturbance, Hit & Run
Three women were arrested by Sedalia Police on Tuesday night following an incident that occurred Monday involving a disturbance that led to a hit-and-run at Wood’s East Supermarket, 701 East Broadway.
Arrested were 21-year-old Josephine Cordelia Marek, 23-year-old Ashley Nicolle Bardin and 23-year-old Hallee Mae Fox. Marek and Bardin were charged with 2nd Degree Vehicular Assault, 3rd Degree Kidnapping, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
Fox was arrested for resisting or interfering with a felony arrest. She was released early this morning.
