The Central Missouri Agriculture Club is hosting their annual Expo.  I got to go down earlier today and see the varied exhibits, vendors, and organizations while talking to some great people.

I took the morning show on the road today!  We packed up all our stuff, got in the Bob Sled and off to Yummy's!

The American Red Cross encourages eligible blood donors to give one last gift this holiday season and discover the true meaning of giving by donating blood.

So as you probably know, I've been gone on vacation these past two weeks. But when I was asked to come to a new Customer Appreciation event, well,.... I'm a sucker for those. I can't miss em! The Warrensburg Car Mart had one, and it was pretty sweet!

The Donut Palace has earned a great reputation here in Sedalia - and a lot of us were pretty sad when we heard it was gone.

The Academy of Salon Professionals have been a thriving educational group for several years in Sedalia. They've taught some of the best that have worked in our area, and provided skills and important services to anybody who walked in the door.

Every now and then, a business will stop and think to themselves: "Wait.  Have I taken a second to thank all these awesome Sedalians for their patronage?"  Well, it may not have sounded like that, but it MIGHT have.

Many people in our area have watched with anticipation as the new construction came up in the Wal Mart parking lot.  Once we learned that it was a new flagship AT&T store, the excitement built even further!  I got to spend some time there this Saturday (Aug 23), and lots of fun was had by me and the whole gang.

Making the Band came back with a vengeance this weekend out on the party porch at Dickie Doo Barbecue.

The Boys and Girls Club are trying something a little bit different this year.  Normally they have an annual 5k walk and run, their "Race for Reasons" - but this year they thought they'd shake it up a little!
