105 Pounds of Cash

After numerous entries from our listeners, the winner of the 105 pounds of cash has been revealed.  Andrew Felker made his guess during our live broadcast at Mid-MO Auto Sales and was the closest to the exact amount of the 105 Pounds of Cash.

This Saturday (Nov. 9), I'm going to be hanging out at Mid-Mo Auto Sales on South Limit Ave. from 11-2 p.m. with the 105 Pounds of Cash. Come see me, say hi, maybe get yourself a T-shirt or a CD, and take a guess at how much money is in the jug. If your guess is the closest, you win the cash! Since we'll be at Mid-Mo Auto Sales, you could stick with the car theme and use the money to buy yourself

It was a huge weekend for the folks looking to save some money with Rent-A-Center.Not only were they having a big sale where you could pay four weeks in advance and get another four weeks off, but they also had us join the fun with our 105 Pounds of Cash!  It was pretty amazing to see all the great stuff they had.

Our huge contest, the 105 Pounds of Cash, has been a lot of fun.  I don't think I've ever been at a location where that huge canister of money was that there weren't plenty of inquiring minds.  And now, we're gonna have another chance to guess this Friday (Oct. 24) at the Sedalia Rent-A-Center.

Vincent's Footwear and Apparel are celebrating their 75th anniversary this year.  They started out actually as a shoe repair shop that also did leather repair.  Vincent's has come a long way, and they're ready to say "Thank You" to Sedalia.

This past Saturday, I got the chance to head over to Warrensburg and hang with the folks out at the GNC.

This 105 Pounds of Cash thing is getting pretty crazy! People have been coming again and again to our events to take their guess.  I think some of you are getting it down to science. And that's part of what GNC in Warrensburg is getting up to this weekend. They've got getting you healthier down to a science, too!

Every day is a holiday! As you may or may not know, every day at around 6:25 a.m., I announce the National Holidays of the Day. Well there's a good one coming up this Thursday (Sept. 26): National Pancake Day.

Our 105 Pounds of Cash Giveaway continues to travel around our area, giving folks the chance to win a lot of money. This last weekend, the money and I headed out to Aaron's Sales and Leasing.
