Early Sunday morning, Sedalia Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of South Moniteau in reference to a harassment complaint.

When Officers arrived, they spoke to the caller, who stated a former employee had called her multiple times and threatened to burn her house down with her and her kids in it.

The suspect was later located and arrested.

William Isaac Howe, 35, of Sedalia, was arrested on charges of Harassment to Frighten or Disturb Another Person and was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.
