On Tuesday night, Sedalia Police responded to WalMart, 3201 West Broadway, after a woman reported that a man was recording up her dress in self-checkout.

A female subject reported that a male customer exposed his genitals while applying for life insurance.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 42-year-old Johnathan Dewayne Dabbs of Leeton at 6:55 p.m. Saturday in Johnson County.
