On Tuesday night, Sedalia Police responded to WalMart, 3201 West Broadway, after a woman reported that a man was recording up her dress in self-checkout.

The suspect, 24-year-old Stephen K. Kramer, was located on scene outside the store and questioned. He later admitted to the crime after police reviewed security video of Kramer videotaping the woman on his phone.

Kramer was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour old. He now faces charges of harassment, 1st degree sexual misconduct, and tampering with physical evidence. His bond was set at $5,000.
