This article is compiled from a report issued by the Johnson County Sheriff's Office.

On the morning of July 21st, Johnson County Deputies were dispatched to Rose Acre Farm, 1235 SE State Hwy Y, in Knob Noster, due to an incident of harassment. On scene, Deputies spoke with management at the farm, who stated one of his employees found an iPhone in the ceiling of the women's bathroom.

The victim took a video from the iPhone that showed it was filming in the ceiling of the women's bathroom. At least three different victims were identified on the video. Management stated the phone belonged to Juanito Rubio, 23, of Sedalia. Deputies spoke with Rubio, and he admitted the phone was his.

Rubio was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail, to be booked in on three felony charges of Harassment in the 1st Degree, and a felony charge of Invasion of Privacy. Rubio was given a $10,000 cash only bond, which he posted on July 24th. As a part of his bond conditions, Rubio is not to have any access to recording devices.
