Sedalia Boys & Girls Club Receives $30,000 Grant From Taco Bell

The Boys & Girls Club of West Central Missouri received a $30,000 grant on June 1 from the Taco Bell Foundation to support youth in Sedalia and surrounding communities.

The funds will go toward programs supporting youth education and career readiness.

K-MAC Enterprises, the local Taco Bell franchisee, is thrilled to support the Boys & Girls Club of West Central Missouri. Tina Reagan, CEO of K-MAC Enterprises, said “Thanks to the generosity of our Taco Bell customers who participated in the Round Up program by rounding up their order total to the nearest dollar, the Taco Bell Foundation and K-MAC Enterprises are able to support the Boys & Girls Club of West Central Missouri as they provide local youth with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in life”.

The Boys & Girls Club of West Central Missouri was one of 450+ youth-serving organizations that received a portion of the $15 million in Community Grants presented by the Taco Bell Foundation this year. The grants are an example of the Taco Bell Foundation’s mission to break down barriers to education and fuel young people’s boldest ambitions.

A check presentation will be held Wednesday, June 21 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sedalia Middle School at 2205 S. Ingram Ave in Sedalia. Media and press are invited to attend.
