Police Asking for Witnesses to Fatal Crash to Contact Them

Sedalia Police are asking witnesses to a fatal crash to come forward with any information they may have.

On Friday at 9:39 a.m., officers responded to 16th and Stone Creek Drive (near Casey's) on a vehicle accident involving an SUV and a motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, later identified as Dalton Keith Johnson, 18, of Warsaw, had severe injuries and died on scene. The driver of the SUV had no injuries.

Witnesses are asked to call 826-8100 if they have any information to share with police.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol was seen conducting an investigation and taking measurements at the accident scene on Tuesday.
