In the early morning hours of Sunday, October 24th, the Pettis County K9 Unit attempted to conduct a traffic stop in the area of B Highway and 52 Highway. The driver of the vehicle fled from the Deputy. The driver was identified as Shyanne N. Meyer, and Meyer was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a Valid License and Resisting Arrest.


 

Wednesday night, the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force, Pettis County Deputies, and the Pettis County K9 Unit conducted a vehicle check in the area of the 1500 block of Thompson Boulevard on a subject the Task Force had active warrants on. After speaking with the vehicle owner, the suspect, Summer Love Findley was located. Findley was hiding under the back seat of the vehicle. Findley was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail. Findley was wanted on felony Parole Violations for original charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, with bail set at $6,000 cash only and $7,500 surety only. The Pettis County Sheriff's Office, along with the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force would like to thank the public for their help in locating the subject with active felony warrants.
