Wednesday morning, Deputies took a theft call. The theft occurred in the 1000 block of South Oak Street in La Monte. There was no further information about what was stolen, the value amount of what was stolen, when the items were stolen, or if there are any suspects in the report.


 

Early Sunday morning, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a gray Chevrolet Trailblazer. The stop took place in the area of West Broadway Boulevard and South Lamine Avenue. The Trailblazer had run a red traffic light. Contact was made with the driver, Alexander Lorenzo, 19, of Sedalia. Lorenzo was found to have no driver's license. Deputies are seeking charges of Driving Without A Valid License against Lorenzo.

Pettis County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of West 16th Street and South Grand Avenue late Wednesday night. A passenger of the vehicle, Jimmie S.M. Currie, 23, of Sedalia, was round to have a warrant for his arrest. Currie had a Pettis County Failure to Appear warrant on original charges of Driving While Intoxicated. Currie was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked in pending a $500 cash only bond.


 

Deputies took an identity theft report from Lisa Lamb Wednesday afternoon. Lamb came to the Sheriff’s Office to report the theft had occurred in the 23000 block of Anderson School Road. There was no further information in the report.
