On the morning of March 26th, Pettis County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of East 17th Street and Ohio. During the traffic stop, the Pettis County K9 Unit sniffed the vehicle and K9 Cav alerted. While searching the vehicle, digital scales and a set of brass knuckles were located. As Deputies interviewed the occupants of the vehicle, the rear passenger, identified as Blake Hollon, admitted to eating methamphetamine prior to the traffic stop. Hollon was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Due to his admission of eating the methamphetamine, Hollon was transported to the BRHC Emergency Room to be cleared by medical staff.


 

Pettis County Deputies were dispatched to the 30000 block of McCormick Drive on the night of March 20th for a report of a burglary. Deputies made contact with Soledad Rodriguez. Rodriguez stated that earlier that evening, someone had entered her residence and damaged a television, broken a necklace, knocked items off of her dresser, and scratched the paint on a 2002 Ford F250 that was parked in the driveway. The TV was valued at between $300-$400. The necklace was valued at $50.00. No value was given for the damage to the truck.


 

Last Friday afternoon, Deputies were dispatched to the 24000 block of Hwy 765 in reference to theft. A vehicle was broken into and the car's stereo was stolen. That same afternoon, Deputies were called to another report of theft in the same block. A wallet was stolen from a vehicle overnight. A report was taken, and the investigation continues.


 

On the afternoon of March 27th, Deputies took a report from the 900 block of West Pine Street in La Monte in reference to a burglary not in progress. The investigation continues.


 

Sunday morning, Deputies took a report of property damage in the 1000 block of Midland Street in La Monte. There were no leads or suspects at the time of the report.

On the night of March 25th Deputies were dispatched to the 25000 block of Hwy 135 in Smithton, in reference to property damage. The investigation continues.


 

Pettis County Deputies were dispatched to the Tyson's Food parking lot, 19571 Whitfield Road, Saturday morning in reference to a non injury motor vehicle accident.


 

Deputies were dispatched to the 2800 block of Westlake Drive Friday night in reference to a domestic disturbance in progress. Subsequently, Kirk Riley was placed under arrest for Domestic Assault in the 2nd Degree and Domestic Assault in the 4th Degree. Riley was transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24 hour hold pending charges.
