Pettis County Sheriff’s Reports for February 16, 2024

Tuesday night, Pettis County Deputies responded to the 30000 block of Hope Dale Road in Green Ridge to conduct a warrant check. Contact was made with a female at the address, and she was taken into custody. Irina T. Shalnev, 34, of Green Ridge, was arrested for her Failure to Appear warrants from Pettis County on original charges of Failure to Properly Display License Plates, Operating a Motor Vehicle On the Highway Without a Valid License, and two counts of Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility. The warrants were issued in September of 2022 and August of 2023. Shalnev also had a Parole Violation warrant from Pettis County*. Shalnev was transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a cash only bond of $218.50 and a cash or surety bond of $1500. There was no bond listed for the Parole Violation warrant.

*Shalnev had been placed on five years’ probation in April of 2023 regarding a felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. That probation was violated in October 2023. Shalnev was placed on probation under standard conditions of probation and parole and subject to the following special conditions: 1) Defendant shall attend and appropriately participate in a Victim Impact Panel program as directed by the Probation Officer; 2) Enter into and successfully complete any treatment program as required by P&P; 3) Consent to search of person, residence, or vehicle upon request of law enforcement and/or P&P; 4) Defendant is not to possess or consume any alcohol or enter into any bars, taverns and/or casinos; 5) Attend an OOA Prison Tour within six months of this order. If defendant has been in prison within the past five years, this condition is waived; 6) Pay court costs and CVC judgment. 7)$300 LERF paid to Prosecuting Attorney within 120 days.
