MSHP Arrest Reports for December 20, 2023

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 30-year-old Oscar G. Espinoza of Sedalia at 7:27 p.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and no proof of insurance. Espinoza was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 34-year-old Adam E. Browne of Whiteman AFB at 3:11 a.m. Saturday. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, and driving in the wrong direction, almost resulting in a crash, according to the report. Browne was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 42-year-old Crystal E. Vasquez of Sedalia at 6:50 p.m. Monday in Cooper County. She now faces charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of prescription pills and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also wanted on a felony Pettis County warrant. Vasquez was taken to the Cooper County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 42-year-old Shawna L. Garcia of Warrensburg at 4:38 p.m. Miller County. She now faces charges of driving while intoxicated by drugs and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Garcia was taken to the Miller County Jail for a 12-hour hold.
